Four gold medals

With four gold medals, the Norwegian biathlonist Ole Einar Bjørndalen became a real hero of the 2002 Olympics. He became only the third athlete in the history who managed to make the “golden poker” at single Olympics. There were only two athletes who did it earlier: skaters Eric Heiden, USA, and Lidiya Skoblikova, USSR.
